I'm looking to constantly improve in the sport of mma and I believe rounds upon rounds of sparring in addition to the work I already get at my local MMA gym will help immensly. I'm a big guy but I've sparred with people of all shapes and sizes - both male and female. I'm not a banger by any means, I prefer light to mid sparring to improve my offensive and defensive techniques.
Trying to get into the amateur boxing or mma don’t got much experience but looking for someone to spar with around the same skill level haven’t had any fights yet.
Trained in boxing for several years. Left the gym before I could get more sparring experience under my belt. Self training now for fitness but would like to add sparring to my regimine. Looking to train in boxing with someone who prioritizes safety and technique over pummeling each other. Looking for someone who already has the fundamentals down please.

Im self taught and I need my skills to be practical so I need sparring. If we train together I’m not looking to injure you or myself, but to simply improve on my skill. So if you’re looking to go full speed then I’m not the partner for you. I haven’t fought professionally and I don’t want to but I want to be good enough to fight professionally if I wanted. When you come to my place I have a punching bag and I’m also a certified personal trainer so we can workout together.
